Loved the help and enthusiasm of the staff. The environment was so conducive to relaxing.
Quite a distance from everything else BUT that also helps with the relaxing and peaceful environment!!

Great breakfast, creative cuisine, vegetables, herbs and fruits from our own cultivation. Beautiful wooden houses with open bathroom, where a frog gets lost every now and then, . what we had a lot of fun!

Great beachfront atmosphere and attentive staff. Wi-Fi was inconsistent, though.

The location directly on the clean beach. Free activities like Yoga. 2 restaurants to choose from, wonderful sunsets, very friendly and helpful staff
Due to the concept, there are only fans in the rooms, no AC. Also, doors and windows are made of wood, so mosquitoes and other crawling animals are regular guests.

It's the best place for couple and family who want to have a private and natural vacation. The hotel is far far away from the downtown(About 20 mins car drive). But there's a private beach in the hotel. And the housess are seperate at a good distance, so people won't feel interrupted by others. It's a good choice for vacation, since they have provided basic services and what you really need to do is having fund around the beach.
too much noise from the insects, bugs.

Had a blast with friends! Morning beach yoga sessions really started our days right. We enjoyed a relaxing vibe, great food, and plenty of activities that kept us engaged. The outdoor bathroom was unique, and we loved being surrounded by nature. Just a short walk to some fantastic dining options outside the resort.
The only downside was the presence of geckos in our bungalow, which took a bit of getting used to. It was unexpected, but they didn't bother us too much.

We were thrilled with the way that the staff were so attentive, friendly and capable. They all spoke fairly good English (some better than others) because the owner provides 4 months of free English lessons in the off season. The ethos of the place is just wonderful, the staff really are a team. They behave like a family together and they welcome guests as if we were visitors to their own home. We were met at the airport and taken to meet our friendly driver who happily stopped at a pharmacy in town so that I could get antibiotics. He then drove very carefully to the resort. One part of the road is not sealed and it could be very bumpy and unsafe in the hands of a crazy driver, so we were glad to have a good one. The accomodation is stunning. There are many types of bungalows and rooms that vary in price and comfort. If you want privacy from your neighbours then ensure you ask for a free standing bungalow. Some rooms share a verandah. Also some have a sea view and others are set back in garden. All are gorgeous though and the setting among the forest is just lovely. We were particularly taken by the novelty of having an outdoor bathroom. It was lovely to shower and look out at a garden. The water is solar heated and so not particularly hot or high pressured, but this didn't bother us at all. There is a nighly turn down service where the staff come in and light a mosquito coil in your room and unfold the mosquito net around your bed so that you can sleep without getting bitten. The housekeeping staff were excellent in that they timed their visits by attending while you were at breakfast and dinner to service the room. This meant we were never inconvenienced. My partner and I were there for 48 hours (not enough!) and didn't want to leave the resort, so we didn't!
You should book in advance so that you get the room you desire. When I go back again, I will ask for a free standing bungalow just for the extra privacy. It was just a little bit awkward given that there is no sound-proofing in the bungalows to be quite so close to your neighbours. Also, given that it is an eco resort. You may have all manner òf guests in your room: butterflies, beetles and various other bugs. We loved our rôom mate on the first night, it was a large gecko who sat on the wall near the roof and ate flies and móquitos. On the second night, I was not so taken by the large hunstsman spider who crawled up the wall near my head. However, he quickly met his fate and we slept in peace.

Quiet, eco friendly, beautiful beach, friendly staff, great food.
Beach could do with a quick clean up, but it's nothing major

It was just a proper fit for shopping in Phu Quoc with best value for money ratio. The beach yoga sessions in the morning were a great way to start the day and soak up the surroundings. Be prepared for a few insects, especially at dusk.

Refreshingly back to nature: No " resort" pool just I kilometer of pristine, private, beachfront, turquoise water, and your own private bungalow nestled in tropical vegetation. The restaurant and beach bar are practically in the water. I stayed 5 nights and didn't have the same food twice, all delicious. I had originally intended to go and check out the town but couldn't tear myself away from the resort. Large bungalows with verandah and funky outside bathrooms. Delightfully remote and private.
For some the place could be a bit too Robinson Crusoe. Could do with some minor repairs to paths and furniture.
